everyone is healthly; has already been “fixed”; has their appropriate shots; tested negative for feline diseases; dewormed;  on monthly flea control and live freely in a home-like environment.

  • Personality   Kit just loves people, is somewhat of a loaner with other cats (they don’t think much of her either); and doesn’t want to see a dog.  She DOES want to see and be with you.  She is a little bit of a talker but nothing that would drive you crazy.   Kit is a good kitty and would be a great companion or family cat.

  • Personality  Cheech has a very dominant personality and would do best as your only pet.  She loves people attention and is a sweet and friendly kitty.   She too was surrendered (thankfully) when her owners lost their home.   She came with Chong, but the two of them really don’t care for the other much.  Cheech’s friendly personality is welcoming when you walk in the room.  .  She’s a  darling and loves the attention you offer her.

  • Hair Length & Coloring   Elvis is a dark gray tabby;   Gracie is a Black and White Tuxedo.  Both have short hair.
  • Personality   Elvis is a very quiet guy, just likes to hang out pretty much by himself.  He does love to have his chin scratched and purrs like crazy when you gently brush his fur.  Gracie is very sweet and passive personality.  She enjoys your friendship and the company of other cats.  She seems shy at first but really she is just a quiet, loving soul patiently waiting for the right situation to call home.

  • Personality   Taylor is just the darling with a very shy side.  She likes to play and have fun with the other kittens and cats.  She enjoys sitting out on the enclosed patio to soak up the morning sun and the evening breeze.      

    • INDOOR-OUTDOOR HOMES NEEDED

  • Looking for a safe haven for a few cats who are shy of humans.  I wouldn’t call them feral or wild cats, they simply don’t have the best personalities to be called “companion cats or family pets”.  Perhaps you may have a need for some good mousers?    These cats have been with us a long time without any adoption possibilities due to their cautious behavior towards humans.  They are all spayed/neutered, tested negative for feline diseases, have their distemper & Rabies shots & are on Frontline flea protection.  They are clean, healthy, most are short-haired…some will come to you for petting but being picked up is very uncomfortable for them.  They are house-trained too and would be suitable for someone who isn’t looking for a gregarous or lap cat. 
  • What KittyWits is hoping to find is a safe haven and kind folks who would be willing to provide daily food, water and shelter from weather and preditors for two or more of these cats.   For outside placements, we will provide a “transition pen” for the cats to live in for a few weeks to safely access their new environment.  This process seems to be very effective in having the cats stay around versus running in fear once released on site.

    • Personality   Olivia is a sweet, petite, friendly young cat.  She was a mama last December to a family of 4.  She is now spayed, has tested negative for Felv, FIV & Heartworm.  She has her Rabies and  PRC/FeLV shots.  Olivia has a fairly passive personality and is leary of dogs.  She is a dear.
