LOVEY ~ A sweet lap kitty who is 5 years old. A little gimp in the get-along due to an old injury but she is able bodied and just is a little love. Lovey will chat a bit with you, asking for a pet or ten, and loves to be brushed. Lovey loves people and gets along with other cats once she gets acquainted. She generally chooses to leave them alone. Lovey requests a person or family to love her and want her to be with them.
CODY AND MAX ~ 2 male kittens born May 1, 2011. They’re not brothers, but they are a bonded & fun pair of youngsters! They are playful, a bit shy with people but purrey and sweet in your arms. These boys know how to find adventure and have fun. They are available as a pair or separately. They have completed their full series of respiratory, leukemia and rabies shots and are on monthly flea/tick protection.
INDOOR-OUTDOOR HOMES NEEDED
- Looking for a safe haven for a few cats who are shy of humans. I wouldn’t call them feral or wild cats, they simply don’t have the best personalities to be called “companion cats or family pets”. Perhaps you may have a need for some good mousers? These cats have been with us a while without any adoption possibilities due to a lack of homes available & their cautious behavior towards humans. They are all spayed/neutered, tested negative for feline diseases, have their distemper, Leukemia & Rabies shots & are on Frontline Plus flea & tick protection. They are clean, healthy, short-haired…some will come to you for petting but being picked up is OK on occasion. They are house-trained too and would be suitable for someone who isn’t looking for a gregarous cat.
- What KittyWits is hoping to find is a safe haven and kind folks who would be willing to provide daily food, water and shelter from weather and predetors for two or more of these cats. For outside placements, we will provide a “transition pen” for the cats to live in for a couple of weeks to safely assess their new environment. This process seems to be very effective in having the cats stay around versus running in fear once released on site.
I hope you will be kind enough to consider giving a couple of these cats a place to live with you. Please reach me on 916-457-2385 or email kittywits@comcast.net It would be very appreciated if you would please pass the word if you think of someone who might be interested in this opportunity. Thank You.
